We strongly encourage our guests to schedule in advance. *Services are by appointment only and can be scheduled via phone or online. ⚕️Medical Treatments ⚕️ *Meraki FootCare does not perform any medical treatments. We stay within our scope of practice and practice the 3 R’s-Recognize, Recommend, and Refer. *If necessary, we can refer out to the local podiatrist. 🚫Product Enhancement Removal🚫 NOTE: We DO NOT remove gel polish or have the tools to remove acrylic, tips, or dip. If you arrive for your service and need any of these products removed, we will have to cancel your appointment and you will be charged the full-service fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Meraki FootCare, we value both your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. ⚠️ Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. ⚠️ No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged the full balance of the scheduled service. ⚠️ Repeated cancellations may require a deposit or full prepayment to book future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule and provide the highest level of care to all of our clients.
